Commerce City issued the following announcement on Oct. 29.
This Veterans Day, Commerce City asks the community to help recognize the active-duty and military veterans in their lives by participating in our photo campaign to honor our local heroes! Photos will be shared on a special slide show on the city’s social media pages and Commerce City’s local CCTV Channel 8 (HD channel 881). Submit your photo by Nov. 6.
How to participate
- Submit a photo of your veteran (in uniform or during their service, if possible).
- Complete the online form and upload the photo at c3gov.com/veterans. Be sure to include the veteran’s name, branch, years of service, and rank.
