Brooke Gomez, a former Westminster High School basketball standout who now plays for the Washburn Ichabods, is set to participate in the NCAA Division II Basketball Tournament.
The team enters as the No. 5 seed and will face the fourth-seeded Central Missouri Jennies in the opening round.
The tournament opener takes place Friday, March 13 at 7:30 p.m. at Taylor Center.
