The campaign committee of Republican Party candidate Giulianna Gray, Jewels Gray for Colorado, refunded $250 to Evan Potter on Sept. 30, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

FEC data shows the refunded expenditure was for: "Contribution refund to an individual, partnership or limited liability company."

Jewels Gray for Colorado has refunded $250 total since April 1.
