Median home prices in Sherrelwood rose to $348,000 in the third quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2020 in Sherrelwood rose by $25,000 while total sales decreased by 95.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2020, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $348,000 - a 7.7% increase over the $323,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 73 homes sold in Sherrelwood in the third quarter of 2019.
