Brighton recently issued the following announcement.
Application Type: Code Amendment- A request to change the text of the Land Use and Development Code. Summary - Request for approval to amend the text of Articles 2, 3, and 4 of the Land Use and Development Code in order to reduce the permitting requirements for large family child care homes, clarify procedural and general requirements in the code, and clarify the temporary uses section of the code. Public Hearing: December 1, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. Virtual Meeting: Log-on and call-in information will be available with the meeting’s agenda in the days leading into the meeting at https://www.brightonco.gov/agendacenter. This item will have its own Public Hearing and the public will be invited to speak. Both video and phone participants will have the option to address the City Council.
