Todd Creek home prices rise in the first half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in Todd Creek rose by $66,000 while total sales remained unchanged with 30 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were 30 homes sold, with a median sale price of $616,000 - a 12% increase over the $550,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 30 homes sold in Todd Creek in the first half of 2017, as well.
