Twin Lakes home prices rise in the first half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in Twin Lakes rose by $26,000 while total sales increased by 12.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were 36 homes sold, with a median sale price of $317,500 - a 8.9% increase over the $291,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 32 homes sold in Twin Lakes in the first half of 2017.
