Bennett (Adams County) home prices rise in the first half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in Bennett in Adams County rose by $31,800 while total sales increased by 44.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were 26 homes sold, with a median sale price of $274,300 - a 13.1% increase over the $242,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Bennett in the first half of 2017.
