Arvada (Adams County) home prices rise in the second quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in Arvada in Adams County rose by $79,600 while total sales increased by 86.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were 28 homes sold, with a median sale price of $357,100 - a 28.7% increase over the $277,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Arvada in the second quarter of 2017.
