Federal Heights home prices rise in the second quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in Federal Heights rose by $12,500 while total sales increased by 5.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were 19 homes sold, with a median sale price of $270,000 - a 4.9% increase over the $257,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Federal Heights in the second quarter of 2017.
