Commerce City home prices rise in the third quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in Commerce City rose by $1,300 while total sales increased by 7.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were 366 homes sold, with a median sale price of $346,300 - a 0.4% increase over the $345,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 340 homes sold in Commerce City in the third quarter of 2017.

The median sales tax in Commerce City for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $2,568, approximately 0.7% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2018.
