Arvada (Adams County) home prices rise in the third quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in Arvada in Adams County rose by $15,000 while total sales decreased by 42.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $320,000 - a 4.9% increase over the $305,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 21 homes sold in Arvada in the third quarter of 2017.
