Commerce City home prices rise in January 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2017 in Commerce City rose by $12,500 while total sales decreased by 17%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2017, there were 73 homes sold, with a median sale price of $310,000 - a 4.2% increase over the $297,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 88 homes sold in Commerce City in January 2016.
