Derby home prices rise in January 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2018 in Derby rose by $44,258 while total sales remained unchanged with eight homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2018, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $223,000 - a 24.8% increase over the $178,743 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Derby in January 2017, as well.
