Brighton home prices rise in July 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2018 in Brighton rose by $23,800 while total sales increased by 26.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2018, there were 77 homes sold, with a median sale price of $343,000 - a 7.5% increase over the $319,200 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 61 homes sold in Brighton in July 2017.
