Brighton home prices rise in August 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2018 in Brighton rose by $26,100 while total sales decreased by 32.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2018, there were 56 homes sold, with a median sale price of $334,100 - a 8.5% increase over the $308,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 83 homes sold in Brighton in August 2017.
