Federal Heights home prices rise in August 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2018 in Federal Heights rose by $62,500 while total sales remained unchanged with six homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2018, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $265,000 - a 30.9% increase over the $202,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Federal Heights in August 2017, as well.
