On Saturday, Dec. 6, former Northglenn High School standout Sam McFadden’s current collegiate team the Wheaton Thunder won 49-24 against the DePauw Tigers in the NCAA Division III Football Championship.

The game took place at Blackstock Stadium at 12 p.m. and was the first matchup against the DePauw Tigers in the tournament.

The Wheaton Thunder’s next game will take place on Saturday, Dec. 13 at 2 p.m. at Smith Stadium.
