The Puget Sound Loggers earned a 7-4 win over the Whitworth Pirates in NCAA Division III baseball on Saturday, Feb. 28, with former Flatirons Academy player Evan Moll contributing as a pitcher for the team.

Logger Baseball Field hosted the Loggers’ victory. This marked the second time this season the Loggers faced the Pirates, following a 10-2 defeat in their earlier meeting on Saturday, Feb. 28.

Moll completed five innings on the mound, tallying three walks and four strikeouts.

The Loggers are set to return to Logger Baseball Field for a rematch with the Whitworth Pirates on Sunday, March 1, at 11 a.m.
