Goalkeeper Zack Steffen returns to the gameday roster, starting in goal and serving as captain. Defender Miguel Navarro will make his first start with the Rapids since joining in February, after previously appearing off the bench in matches against Seattle and New York City. Mamadou Billo Diop is set to make his second appearance on the gameday roster following his recent signing and debut last week against New York City Football Club, where he substituted for Keegan Rosenberry late in the match.
Striker Rafael Navarro is approaching a club milestone, needing just one more goal to tie Cole Bassett and Henderson for sixth-most goals in club history with 31. Navarro has already scored twice and provided an assist over four starts this season. Darren Yapi has also contributed two goals and an assist across four games, including scoring the team’s only goal in their recent result against New York City FC.
