The Colorado Rapids announced on Apr. 29 details for their upcoming Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup Round of 16 match against the Colorado Springs Switchbacks at DICK’S Sporting Goods Park. The game is set to take place Wednesday night, with a spot in the quarterfinals at stake.
This matchup features two in-state rivals, as the Rapids host the USL Championship side from Colorado Springs. Fans are encouraged to attend or follow along using various platforms and resources provided by the club.
According to the announcement, fans can access tickets and receive real-time notifications such as scores, stats, and highlights through the official Rapids App. Seating will be general admission between Sections 102-118 on the East side of the stadium, with entry available through Gate B starting at 6:00 p.m. The pregame countdown begins at 6:40 p.m., featuring new pyrotechnics and hype videos before kickoff at 7:00 p.m.
