Bryce Peterson helps UCCS secure 17-15 victory over Regis in NCAA Division II baseball

On Saturday, March 14, at noon, Bryce Peterson, formerly of Brighton High School, contributed to his current college team, the UCCS Mountain Lions, clinching a 17-15 win over the Regis Rangers in their NCAA Division II baseball matchup.

The contest was held at Mountain Lion Park and marked the third meeting between the teams this season. The Mountain Lions also came out ahead in the previous game on Friday, March 13, with a 20-9 result.

Peterson was 1 for 4 at the plate, tallying one run, two RBIs, two walks, and a strikeout.

UCCS is set to face the Regis Rangers again at Mountain Lion Park for their next game, scheduled for Saturday, March 14, at 3 p.m.
