There were two gas stations in cities across Adams County selling regular gas at the lowest price of $1.92 per gallon in the week ending Dec. 20, 2025, according to customer reports submitted to GasBuddy.

The average reported price of regular gas across the county was $2.30 per gallon.

Of the 177 reported gas stations located within Adams County, 144 offered regular gas.

For comparison, the average price of regular gas in Colorado was $2.42 per gallon for the week ending Dec. 20, 2025, down from the previous week.

U.S. gas prices continue to decline after reaching their lowest level since 2021, according to GasBuddy. The group projects the national average could dip below $2.80 per gallon during the holiday period, driven by increased oil production and lower seasonal demand.
